Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be possible if the order has already entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation and modification requests can no longer be guaranteed.

3. Orders Already in Processing or Transit
After an order enters fulfillment or shipment stages, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify the purchase.
In these situations, customers may still qualify for assistance under our Return & Refund Policy after the package has been delivered.
Important:
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee cancellation approval. Requests are reviewed based on the current processing status of the order.
